This standard gives the structure of the standard and the basic requirements for writing customs standards, and stipulates the rules for writing standard elements, rules for writing standard clauses, the format of the standard, and the publishing format of customs standards. This standard applies to the preparation, review, publication and standardization management of customs industry standards (hereinafter referred to as customs standards).
