Key points for acceptance

  1. Verify that the actual measured value of the drying chamber volume is ≥ 98% of the nominal value
  2. Check that the surface temperature difference of the cold trap is ≤4℃ (Clause 6.6.2)
  3. Insulation resistance test>2MΩ (Clause 5.2.8)

Daily maintenance points

  • Regularly calibrate the vacuum gauge (Clause 6.2.d)
  • Use softened water in the heating system (Clause 5.2.6)
  • Storage for more than 18 months requires re-maintenance (Clause 8.3.3)
