Scope

This standard specifies the model number, type and size, technical requirements, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of vacuum magnetic hydrodynamic seals. This standard is applicable to the dynamic seal of vacuum equipment with an external pressure of 1×10^5Pa (atmospheric pressure) and a vacuum chamber pressure of 1×10^-6Pa ~ 1×10^5Pa (atmospheric pressure).
