本标准是一种推荐性的测试方法,只要达到同样的测量目的,也可采用其他的测试方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the optical performance testing methods of semiconductor light-emitting diodes (hereinafter referred to as LED devices) under rated current operating conditions. This standard is applicable to the optical performance testing of single-color visible light and white light LED devices. The optical performance testing of components and power devices shall be implemented accordingly. This standard is a recommended test method. As long as the same test purpose is achieved, other test methods can also be used.
