本标准规定了容积真空泵的振动测量方法，三项振动量值振动速度、振动位移、振动加速度的标示方法，测量环境，测量仪器，测量时的安装、负载、工作条件和测点位置。
本标准适用于在容积真空泵的非旋转或非往复式部件上进行的振动测量。
本标准不适用于液环式真空泵。

Scope

This standard specifies the vibration measurement method of a volumetric vacuum pump, the marking method of the three vibration quantities of vibration speed, vibration displacement, and vibration acceleration, the measurement environment, measuring instruments, installation, load, working conditions and measuring point location during measurement. This standard applies to vibration measurements on non-rotating or non-reciprocating components of positive displacement vacuum pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). This standard does not apply to liquid ring vacuum pumps.
