Scope

This part of MH/T 1064 specifies the general requirements for using manned helicopters (hereinafter referred to as helicopters) to perform live operations on overhead transmission lines, the safety requirements for different live operation methods, and the work requirements before and after the operation. This section is applicable to live inspection and maintenance operations of 500 kV~1 000 kV AC and ±500 kV DC overhead transmission lines using manned helicopters equipped with mission equipment.
