Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, marking, product instructions and storage requirements for solid de-icing and anti-icing agents for airport pavements (hereinafter referred to as de-icing and anti-icing agents). This standard applies to the production of solid de-icing and anti-icing agents for preventing and removing ice, snow and frost from pavements in aircraft movement areas.
