Scope
This standard specifies quality control requirements such as document control, equipment control, transportation quality control, and pigging operations for civil aviation fuel transported through long-dis ance pipelines (hereinafter referred to as pipelines). This standard applies to pipeline transportation of civil aviation fuel. Special pipelines for transporting civil aviation fuel between the airport transfer oil depot and the airport oil depot may be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to the sequential transportation of multiple types of oil products by pipelines.
