Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the installation and acceptance of reactor pressure vessels during the construction of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. This standard applies to the installation of reactor pressure vessels, including: reactor vessel support rings, reactor vessels, roof hangers, reactor pressure vessel top covers, reactor pressure vessel insulation layers, top cover anti-seis ic devices, cable trays and ventilation and cooling devices. The content described in this standard includes activities such as on-site reception, temporary storage, transfer, hois ing, installation and acceptance.
