Scope

This standard specifies the installation, inspection and testing requirements for reactor core instrumentation systems in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, mainly including core instrumentation system installation plans, preparation of installation and testing related documents, installation and testing personnel qualifications, pre-installation inspections, and installation process inspections. and test requirements after installation, etc. to ensure that the installation and testing of the reactor core instrument system meet the functional and performance requirements specified by the system. This standard applies to the installation and testing of reactor core instrumentation system equipment in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. This standard does not put forward specific requirements for the following activities during equipment installation: a) Welding, non-destructive inspection, physical and chemical testing of welded parts; b) Purge of instrument pipelines; c) Alignment and adjustment of rotating equipment; d) Verification of the integrity of the equipment support structure; e) Regular testing and maintenance after the equipment is put into operation; f) Receiving inspection and testing after the equipment is completed.
