Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection regulations and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyvinyl chloride pellets (hereinafter referred to as "pellets") for food packaging containers. This standard applies to polyvinyl chloride pellets that are extruded and cut using sanitary grade polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, with a small amount of processing aids added.
