Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cellulase preparations. This standard applies to acidic (or neutral) cellulase preparations obtained by refining and purifying microorganis s represented by Trichoderma and their mutant strains through liquid submerged fermentation or solid-state culture. Mainly used in food, textile, paper and other industries. Food grade cellulase preparations can also be used as feed additives.
