本标准规定了自动气象站场室雷电防护原则，对雷电防护区、防雷等级进行了划分，对自动气象站工作室与室外观测场的雷电防护、自动气象站场室接地网络设计施工等规定了技术要求，明确了自动气象站场室电涌防护措施和自动气象站场室防雷装置维护与管理制度。本标准适用于新建、改建、扩建自动气象站场室的防雷设计、施工和防雷装置的维护。对于安装在其他场所的各种单要素或多要素自动气象站的雷电防护，可参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard stipulates the principles of lightning protection in automatic weather station rooms, divides lightning protection areas and lightning protection levels, and provides regulations on lightning protection in automatic weather station studios and outdoor observation fields, and the design and construction of grounding networks in automatic weather station rooms. The technical requirements were clarified, and the surge protection measures for the automatic weather station room and the maintenance and management system for the lightning protection device of the automatic weather station room were clarified. This standard applies to the lightning protection design, construction and maintenance of lightning protection devices for new, renovated and expanded automatic weather stations. For the lightning protection of various single-element or multi-element automatic weather stations installed in other places, this standard can be referred to.
