Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard establishes technical specifications for the key processing links of stainless steel sampling cylinders in the process of collecting halogenated greenhouse gases, covering the quality control requirements for the entire process of pretreatment (first use/post-contamination treatment) and post-treatment (maintenance after sampling).
Comparison of key technical indicators
| Parameters | Pretreatment requirements | Post-treatment requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Temperature control | ≥100℃ constant temperature | ≥100℃ constant temperature |
| Vacuum degree | ≤4Pa maintain 2min | ≤4Pa maintain 2-3min |
| Filling pressure | 1×105Pa balance 12h | 1×105Pa direct encapsulation |
Detailed explanation of typical processing flow
Pretreatment of dual-port sampling cylinder
- Connect the air inlet and close the air outlet valve
- Evacuate to 4Pa at 100℃ and hold for 2min
- Fill with 440Pa filling gas and hold for 3min (cycle 3 times)
- Flush at 40mL/min flow rate for 12 hours
Post-treatment of single-port sampling cylinder
- Evacuate to 4Pa and hold for 3min
- Fill with 1×105Pa filling gas
- Store in a sealed container at room temperature
Implementation recommendations
- System verification: Vacuum test is required before each treatment (≤4Pa when sampling cylinder is not connected)
- Drying control: Low-temperature cold trap is preferred to remove water to avoid chemical desiccant contamination
- Record specifications: Appendix B form must be filled in completely, including temperature fluctuation curve and pressure change data
Technology evolution analysis
Compared with QX/T 125-2011, this standard adds:
- Special processing procedures for dual-port sampling cylinders
- Clear vacuum holding time requirements
- Dynamic flushing process parameters (40mL/min)
