Pretreatment of dual-port sampling cylinder

  1. Connect the air inlet and close the air outlet valve
  2. Evacuate to 4Pa at 100℃ and hold for 2min
  3. Fill with 440Pa filling gas and hold for 3min (cycle 3 times)
  4. Flush at 40mL/min flow rate for 12 hours

Post-treatment of single-port sampling cylinder

  1. Evacuate to 4Pa and hold for 3min
  2. Fill with 1×105Pa filling gas
  3. Store in a sealed container at room temperature
