本标准规定了前向散射式能见度仪的测试项目、测试条件、仪器设备、测试步骤、数据处理及测试报告等。本标准适用于前向散射式能见度仪的实验室测试。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
Forward scatter visibility meter is a key equipment for meteorological observation. Its testing method directly affects the reliability of visibility data in the fields of aviation and transportation. The QX/T536-2020 standard has established a complete test technology system:
| Test dimensions | QX/T536 requirements | GJB6298 comparison |
|---|---|---|
| Measurement range | 10-30000m | 10-50000m |
| Indication error | ±50m(≤500m) → ±20%(>1500m) | ±30m(≤500m) |
| Response time | Dual mode test | Only rise time is required |
Key Technical Points
1. Test Environment Control
The standard strictly stipulates the laboratory environment parameters: temperature (20±5)℃, humidity ≤85%RH, and real-time monitoring through temperature and humidity sensors to ensure that the test conditions meet the benchmark requirements of GB/T35223-2017.
2. Core test items
- Indication error test: 9 characteristic test points (50m-30000m) are used to simulate the gradual change of visibility in the test cabin, and the transmissometer is used as the standard (error ≤5%).
- Response time test: An innovative rise/fall dual-mode test is proposed, through the combination of scattering plate and sunshade plate, and an electronic stopwatch (error ±0.05s) is used for accurate timing.
Analysis of implementation difficulties
Test cabin calibration case
A provincial metrology agency found during implementation that when the visibility is >500m, the uniformity in the cabin must be controlled within 5%. By adding a multi-axis stirring fan and a laser particle counter, the fluctuation was reduced from 8% to 3.5%, meeting the requirements of Table 2 of the standard.
Analysis of Standard Evolution
Compared with the GJB6298-2008 military standard, the main progress of QX/T536-2020 is:
1. Add the descent response time test item
2. Refine the error assessment method when visibility>1500m
3. Introduce the dynamic test mode (Article 6.4.2)
Key points for test report preparation
According to the requirements of Chapter 8, the complete report should include:
- Test curve chart (visibility change trend)
- Raw data comparison table of the standard instrument and the device under test
- Environmental parameter records (temperature and humidity time series data)
