Introduction
Analysis of the Standard Core Framework
| Technical Module | Core Algorithm | Data Requirements | Application Scenarios |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wind and Rain Separation | Inverse Distance Weighted Interpolation (Appendix A) + Rain Belt Identification Algorithm (Appendix B) | 30 Years + Observational Data | Typhoon Disaster Attribution Analysis |
| Single Station Index | Weighted Dimensionless Processing (Formula 1-4) | Daily Maximum Wind Speed/Precipitation | Site Disaster Intensity Assessment |
| Regional index | Spatial aggregation calculation (Formula 7-8) | Multi-site synchronized data | Regional risk zoning |
Key technology implementation points
1. Data quality control
The China Meteorological Administration Tropical Cyclone Optimal Track Dataset is used as the benchmark, and the wind speed data is required to comply with GB/T 35227-2017 and the precipitation data is required to comply with GB/T 35228-2017. Perform inverse distance weighted interpolation for missing data:
Z₀ = ∑(Zᵢ×λᵢ), λᵢ=d₀ᵢ⁻²/∑d₀ᵢ⁻²
2. Wind and rain separation technology
Case: During the impact of Typhoon Mangkhut in 2018, Guangdong stations accurately separated typhoon precipitation accounting for 83% through the rain belt identification algorithm (neighboring station precipitation rate>0.4 and distance<300km)
Standard Evolution and Innovation
Compared with historical methods, this standard has the following major breakthroughs:
- For the first time, a wind speed-precipitation dual factor weighting system was established (Table 1)
- Introduce a dynamic threshold mechanism: typhoon intensity is linked to scanning radius (Table C.1)
- Develop a rain belt topology identification algorithm (Appendix B.1.3)
Business implementation suggestions
- Typhoon path matching and missing value interpolation need to be completed in the data preprocessing stage
- When calculating the single-station index, pay attention to the division of weight coefficient intervals (the α/β values need to be strictly compared with Table 1)
- For regional index calculation, it is recommended to use GIS spatial analysis tools to achieve site aggregation
