Scope

This standard specifies the types, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of various automatic descending machine products for segmentation and processing of pork slices. This standard applies to special equipment used in pig slaughtering production lines to lower pork slices from high rails to low rails or from rails to the operating table.
