本标准规定了具有保温、蒸炖、爆炒、油炸等烹调功能的商用电磁灶(炉)的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于单个或多个加热单元的商用电磁灶和商用电磁炉(以下简称电磁灶),其单个额定功率不超过30kW,额定电压不超过450V。
本标准不适用于:家用便携式电磁灶、拟用于特殊环境条件下的电磁灶(如腐蚀性环境或容易引起爆炸的环境)、室外用电磁灶、工频电磁灶等。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation, and storage of commercial induction cookers with cooking functions such as heat preservation, steaming, stewing, stir-frying, and frying. This standard applies to commercial induction cookers with single or multiple heating units, whose individual rated power does not exceed 30kW and the rated voltage does not exceed 450V. This standard does not apply to: household portable electromagnetic stoves, electromagnetic stoves intended to be used in special environmental conditions (such as corrosive environments or environments that are prone to explosions), outdoor electromagnetic stoves, power frequency electromagnetic stoves, etc.
