Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of box-type gas food ovens. This standard applies to commercial box-type (layered) gas-fired food ovens that use gas as energy and have a single oven rated heat load of not less than 5.9kW.
