本标准规定了库存积压商品流通的相关术语和定义、分类、品质要求、鉴定评估要求及交易要求。
本标准适用于库存积压商品的流通；适用于库存积压商品行业的生活资料和生产资料的品质鉴定。其他相关经营管理活动可参照使用。
本标准不适用于库存积压商品流通的特殊商品，包括稀有资源、黄金首饰以及古玩字画玉石等具有收藏价值的库存积压商品及其品质鉴定。

Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, classification, quality requirements, identification and evaluation requirements and transaction requirements for the circulation of overstocked commodities. This standard is applicable to the circulation of overstocked commodities; it is applicable to the quality appraisal of daily necessities and production materials in the overstocked commodity industry. Other related operation and management activities can be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to special commodities in the circulation of overstocked commodities, including rare resources, gold jewelry, antiques, calligraphy, paintings, jade and other overstocked commodities with collectible value and their quality appraisal.
