Scope

This guideline is applicable to petrochemical enterprises processing high-sulfur and low-acid value crude oil (S≥1.0% (wt); acid value not greater than 0.5 mgKOH/g) and high-sulfur and high-acid value crude oil (S≥1.0% (wt); acid value Design and selection of materials for the main equipment of key installations in new construction, renovation and expansion projects (value greater than 0.5mgKOH/g).
