Scope
This standard specifies the procedures and technical requirements for the conformity evaluation of toxic and hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products. This standard is applicable to the conformity evaluation of electronic and electrical products whose design rated voltage AC does not exceed 1000V and DC does not exceed 1500V. The conformity evaluation of components, components, and raw materials of electronic and electrical products is conducted with reference to this standard. The electrical and electronic products covered by this standard include, but are not limited to, the following categories:
