Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography method for the determination of the antioxidants butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), dibutylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), and tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in polymer materials in contact with food. This standard is applicable to the determination of antioxidants BHA, BHT and TBHQ in polymer materials in contact with food.
