Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific to the MIR162 strain of transgenic maize. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of transgenic corn MIR162 strain specificity in corn. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
