本标准规定了抽油机井测试仪器的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于抽油机井测试仪器的制造、检疫和质量评价。对功能单一或仅有部分功能的抽油机井测试仪器，可执行相应条款。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pumping unit well testing instruments. This standard applies to the manufacturing, inspection and quality evaluation of pumping unit well testing instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments). For pumping unit well testing instruments with a single function or only partial functions, corresponding provisions may be implemented.
