Scope
This standard specifies the type, model, requirements, test methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of polymer pumps used in oil fields. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of pumps whose conveying medium is polyacrylamide solution (viscosity not greater than 6000 mPa·s).
