Scope

5.1 General Principles
The multi-layer fiber three-dimensional weaving preform flat织机应符合本标准的要求,并按经规定程序批准的图样及技术文件制造。
5.2 Design Requirements
5.2.1 Warp selection should refer to GB/T 24380-2009.
5.2.2 Shedsheet selection should refer to GB/T 25874.2-2010.
5.2.3 All parts in contact with the yarn shall have a surface roughness Ra of 0.8-1.6().
5.2.4 The width of three-dimensional fabric is 200-2000mm.
5.2.5 The thickness of three-dimensional fabric is 2-50mm.
5.2.6 Curling accuracy should be ±1mm.
5.2.7 Total power should be 20KW.
5.3 Assembly Technical Requirements
The parallelism error of the take-up track installation shall not exceed 0.05mm, and that of the weft insertion track installation shall not exceed 0.1mm.
5.4 Whole Machine Technical Requirements
5.4.1 Working temperature range is 16-26℃.
5.4.2 All mechanisms should be designed in accordance with GB/T 33940-2017.
5.4.3 The mechanical drawing requirements are as follows:

5.4.4 Electrical control system should comply with the following requirements:
a) An emergency stop button should be provided;
b) A reliable grounding symbol should be installed;
c) The ground resistance between external protective connection circuits and any exposed conductive parts of electrical equipment should not exceed 0.1Ω;
d) When a 500V voltage is applied to the power circuit conductor and the protection connection circuit, the measured insulation resistance should not be less than 1MΩ.
5.4.5 Air control system air tightness should be good with no leakage.
5.4.6 The whole machine operation should be smooth and reliable.
5.4.7 The outer surface of the overfeed roller should have no peeling or scratching defects.
5.4.8 Safety protection requirements:
a) All moving parts are equipped with guardrails to prevent accidental contact by textile workers;
b) The frame and enclosure of all devices should have good anti-static grounding, with a ground resistance not exceeding 10Ω;
c) Fire prevention and explosion protection piping safety for the equipment should refer to GB 32275-2015; dust explosion protection safety for the equipment should follow GB 32276-2015 and AQ 4241-2015;
d) Electrical equipment, motors of all auxiliary devices attached to the loom should preferably use explosion-proof types;
e) General requirements for fixed and movable protective devices in mechanical safety - Design and manufacture GB/T8196-2003
