Scope

This standard specifies the inspection specifications for pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, modulated milk and fermented milk of dairy product manufacturers. This standard applies to the inspection and control of raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products and finished products of pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, modulated milk and fermented milk manufacturers. Other dairy products can refer to the provisions of this standard.
