Electrical error classification system
According to Article 5.23 of the standard:
- XF/XFW type: Class 0 ≤±3', Class 1 ≤±8'
- Multi-pole resolver: When the number of pole pairs is ≥64, the Class 0 precision machine error is ≤±3'
- The allowable error is relaxed to 1.5 times after the identification test
Key test methods
Electrical error test process
- Use angular indexing device, error ≤1' (Class 0 product)
- Phase-sensitive voltmeter input impedance ≥500kΩ
- Rough machine return to zero deviation <2', fine machine return to zero deviation <20% nominal value
