——增加了规范性引用文件;
——增加了术语和定义;
——删除了原标准的意义;
——将目测半定量法和定量法(抗经强度试验)结合代替原标准的目测法,并在腐等级判断中增加了抗张强度;
——删除了原标准的绝缘电阻法;
——酸洗溶液代替原标准中的规定;
——用(120±5)V直流电源代替原标准中规定的(100±5)V直流电源;
——腐蚀等级表示已改变。

Scope

This standard applies to the determination of electrolytic corrosion performance of insulating materials under the influence of electrical stress, high humidity and high temperature in contact with metal. One test for assessing the extent of electrolytic corrosion is by successive two-method tests. a) The visual semi-quantitative method is judged by comparing the corrosion appearance of the positive electrode metal foil and the negative electrode metal foil (according to the reference picture given). The test is to use two copper foil strips as positive and negative electrodes respectively, place them in contact with the material to be tested, add a DC potential difference under specified environmental conditions, and directly compare the corrosion marks of the positive metal foil strip with the given Refer to the graph to evaluate the degree of corrosion. b) The quantitative method is to carry out the tensile strength test with the same positive electrode metal foil and negative electrode metal foil after visual inspection. Another test for assessing the degree of electrolytic corrosion is the quantitative measurement of the tensile strength of copper wire, see Appendix C.
