Analysis of the background of standard formulation and technological evolution
GB/T10813 Celadon is divided into four parts, and this part is Part 3, which mainly stipulates the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of flaked glaze celadon. Compared with the 1989 version of the standard, the new version of the standard has made important revisions in water absorption, lead and cadmium dissolution, product quality grade and inspection rules, reflecting the progress of industry technology and the improvement of quality requirements.

Technical requirements interpretation
Water absorption:The water absorption of the patterned glaze celadon ware shall not exceed 1.0% to ensure the waterproof performance of the product.
Lead and cadmium dissolution:The utensils used for holding food must comply with the provisions of GB12651 to ensure food safety.
Appearance quality:Each superior product shall not exceed 3 defects, and each qualified product shall not exceed 5 defects. For specific defect types and limits, see Table 2.
Test methods and inspection rules
The test methods include water absorption determination (GB/T3299), lead and cadmium dissolution determination (GB/T3534) and deformation and defect size determination (GB/T3301). The inspection rules adopt the counting sampling inspection procedure, which is divided into delivery inspection and type inspection. Tables 3 and 4 specify the sample size and unqualified judgment criteria for different batches in detail.

- Internal training of the enterprise: Organize technical personnel to learn the new standard to ensure understanding and implementation.
- Equipment update: Adjust the production process and testing equipment according to the technical requirements of the new version of the standard.
