Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T 11357-2020 replaces the 2008 version of the standard. The main technical changes include:
- Material expansion: New modern materials such as aluminum alloy and engineering plastics
- Precision improvement: The surface roughness Ra value of high-performance transmission is increased from 3.2μm to 1.6μm
- Balancing specification: Introducing the aspect ratio (l/d) as the basis for selecting the balancing method

Automobile engine Multi-V pulley case:
- Wheel groove working surface must reach Ra1.6μm

Calculate the critical speed according to the formula n1 = 1.58×1011/ld:
- Forced static balancing when the aspect ratio is ≤0.2
- Dynamic balancing is recommended for synchronous pulleys with a speed of >6000rpm
