Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the degree of hydrolysis of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide using methyl orange-indigo sodium disulfonate as an indicator. This standard applies to the determination of the degree of hydrolysis of powdery or colloidal hydrolyzed polyacrylamide prepared by different polymerization methods.
