本标准规定了用于配电网或工业装置中，额定电压6k V到30k V固定安装的挤包绝缘电力电缆的结构、尺寸和试验要求。
本标准不包括在特殊条件下安装和使用的电缆，如架空电缆、矿用电缆、核电站用电缆(用于污秽区)、海底电缆或船用电缆。

Scope

This standard specifies the structure, dimensions and test requirements of extruded insulated power cables for fixed installations with rated voltages from 6 kV to 30 kV used in distribution networks or industrial installations. This standard does not cover cables installed and used under special conditions, such as overhead cables, mine cables, cables for nuclear power plants (used in polluted areas), submarine cables or marine cables.
