《GB/T 13305-2008不锈钢中α-相面积含量金相测定法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC14(全国钢标准化技术委员会金相检验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准是对GB/T 6401-1986《铁素体奥氏体双相不锈钢中α-相面积含量金相测定法》和GB/T 13305-1991《奥氏体不锈钢中α-相面积含量金相测定法》两项标准的整合修订。
本标准规定了金相法测定不锈钢中α-相面积含量的试样的选取与制备、测定方法和试验报告等。
本标准适用于金相法测定奥氏体不锈钢和铁素体奥氏体双相不锈钢中α-相面积含量。
本标准代替GB/T 13305-1991和GB/T 6401-1986相比主要变化如下:
―――标准名称修改为:不锈钢中α?相面积含量金相测定法;
―――3.1增加“试样应在冷状态下用机械方法切取,若用气割或热切等方法切取时,必须将金属熔化区、塑性变形区和热影响区完全去除。切割面和检查面之间的距离视切割方法而定,一般不小于0.5mm”;
―――3.2增加“c)氯化铁盐酸乙醇水溶液”和“d)NaOH或KOH电解液”;
―――4.1.2增加铁素体奥氏体双相不锈钢中α-相面积含量的测定法;
―――增加“4.2金相图像软件定量分析法”;
―――5增加“c选取的试验方法”。


Scope

This standard specifies the selection and preparation of samples for the determination of α-phase area content in stainless steel by metallographic method, determination method and test report, etc. This standard is applicable to the α-phase area content in metallographic austenitic stainless steel and ferritic austenitic duplex stainless steel.
