本标准规定了电车线路用绝缘子的产品型式和尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及包装与标志。本标准适用于电车线路和吊车滑触线上作绝缘及固定导电部分用的绝缘子。其安装使用地点的周围环境温度为-40℃~+40℃,海拔不超过1000m。当绝缘子安装使用地点或试验地点的海拔超过1000m时,其试验电压数值应按有关标准规定进行修正。本标准不适用于有破坏瓷和釉的介质中使用的绝缘子。


Scope

This standard specifies the product type and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of insulators for tram lines. This standard applies to the insulators used for insulating and fixing conductive parts of tram lines and trolley lines of cranes (hereinafter referred to as insulators). The ambient temperature of its installation and use site is -40℃~+40℃, and the altitude does not exceed 1000. When the altitude of the insulator installation site or test site exceeds 1000m, the test voltage value should be corrected according to the relevant standards. Note: Altitude correction method is under consideration. This standard does not apply to insulators used in media that damage porcelain and glaze.
