本标准规定了使用50Hz或60 Hz，1 000V以下交流电源，与管形预热阴极荧光灯一起工作的(非电阻型)镇流器的性能要求，其所用荧光灯可以带或不带启动器或启动装置工作，灯的额定功率、尺寸和特性均应符合IEC 60081和IEC 60901的规定。本标准适用于完整的镇流器及其零部件，例如，电阻、变压器和电容。本标准应和GB 19510．9一起使用，本标准不包括GBl9510.4所规定的高频工作的管形荧光灯用交流电子镇流器。

Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements for (non-resistive) ballasts used with tubular preheated cathode fluorescent lamps using 50Hz or 60Hz AC power below 1000V. The fluorescent lamps used can work with or without starters or starting devices. , The rated power, size and characteristics of the lamp shall comply with the provisions of IEC 60081 and IEC 60901. This standard applies to complete ballasts and their components, such as resistors, transformers and capacitors. This standard should be used together with GB 19510.9. This standard does not include AC electronic ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps with high operating costs specified in GB 19510.4.
