《GB/T 14316-2008间距1.27mm绝缘刺破型端接式聚氯乙烯绝缘带状电缆》由TC213(全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T 14316-2008《间距1.27mm绝缘刺破型端接式聚氯乙烯绝缘带状电缆》修改采用国际标准IEC 60918:1987《间距1.27mm绝缘刺破型端接式聚氯乙烯绝缘带状电缆》,第一号修改单IEC 60918:192-06《间距1.27mm绝缘刺破型端接式聚氯乙烯绝缘带状电缆》内容也纳入正文,并在它们所涉及的条款的页边空白处用垂直双线标识。
本标准根据IEC 60918:1987重新起草。
本标准代替GB 14316-1993《间距1.27mm绝缘刺破型端接式聚氯乙烯绝缘带状电缆》。本标准适用于间距为1.27mm、电缆芯数不超过64芯的绝缘刺破型端接式聚氯乙烯带状电缆。
该电缆长期工作温度为-10 ℃~90℃。经顾客与制造厂协商,该电缆可以在特定时间内使用于较高的温度下,但最高使用温度不超过105℃。
与GB 14316-1993相比,主要变化如下:
――增中了概要;
――删除了部分内容,例如删除产品代号、产品标记等内容;
――不再划分绝缘材料耐热等级;
――不再划分不同规格产品检验规则;
――增加了试验项目“绝缘硬度试验”;
――将表修改为附录(1993年版的表4;本版附录A);
――修改了撕裂槽撕裂试验的技术要求(1993年版的附录C;本版的5.4和附录C);
――增加了冷热冲击试验的时间要求(本版的附录E);
――增加了规范性附录“绝缘热失重试验”;
――增加了规范性附录“绝缘电阻试验方法”;
――增加了规范性附录“浸水耐压试验方法”;
――合并了“试验”和“检验规则”的内容(1993版的第6章和第8章;本版的附录L);
――增加了资料性附录“新老版本标准条款对照”;
Scope
This standard applies to insulation-piercing terminated polyvinyl chloride ribbon cables with a spacing of 1.27 mm and a cable core number not exceeding 64 cores. The long-term working temperature of the cable is -10°C~90°C. After negotiation between the customer and the manufacturer, the cable can be used at a higher temperature within a certain period of time, but the maximum temperature does not exceed 105°C.
