本标准规定了凤香型白酒的分类、技术要求、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以粮谷为原料，经固态发酵、蒸馏、贮存、勾兑而成的，具有乙酸乙酯为主、乙酸乙酯为辅的复合香气的蒸馏酒。
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of Fengxiang liquor. This standard is applicable to distilled spirits made from grains and grains through solid-state fermentation, distillation, storage and blending, with a compound aroma of ethyl acetate as the main component and ethyl caproate as the supplement.
