GB/T 15530“铜合金及复合法兰”系列标准由八个部分组成，本部分为GB/T 15530的第5部分。
本部分是GB/T 10748-1989《船用焊接铜环松套钢法兰（四进位）》和GB/T 15530.5-1995《铜合金平焊环松套板式钢法兰》。
本部分自实施之日起代替GB/T 10748-1989和GB/T 15530.5-1995。
GB/T 15530的本部分规定了铜合金平焊环松套钢法兰的型式和尺寸、标记、要求。
本部分适用于公称压力不大于PN40，工作温度不高于200℃的各类管路用法兰的设计与制造。
本部分与GB/T 10748-1989和GB/T 15530.5-1995相比主要变化如下：
——将原来两个标准整合为一个标准，统一了标准名称；
——统一了法兰的参数；
——统一了法兰的焊缝高度；
——统一了管子外径；
——统一了铜环与管子的连接形状；
——对铜合金平焊环松套钢法兰的材料按最新标准进行了修改。

Scope

This part of GB/T 15530 specifies the type, size, marking and requirements of copper alloy flat welded ring loose sleeve steel flanges (hereinafter referred to as flanges). This part is applicable to the design and manufacture of various pipeline flanges with nominal pressure not greater than PN40 and working temperature not higher than 200°C.
