《GB/T 15595-2008聚氯乙烯树脂热稳定性试验方法白度法》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC7（全国塑料标准化技术委员会聚氯乙烯树脂产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准于１９９５年首次发布。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１５５９５―１９９５《聚氯乙烯树脂热稳定性试验方法　白度法》。本标准规定了粉末状聚氯乙烯树脂于热试验箱中在规定的条件下受热后，通过测定白度，表征其热稳定性的测试方法。本标准适用于粉末状聚氯乙烯树脂热稳定性的测定。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１５５９５―１９９５主要差异如下：
―――修改了仪器最小示值（１９９５年版３．１．３，本版３．１．３）；
―――规定以测量系统的照明与探测条件为ｄ／０结构的仪器为仲裁（本版５．２．４）。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method to characterize the thermal stability of powdered polyvinyl chloride resin by measuring the whiteness after being heated in a thermal test chamber under specified conditions. This standard applies to the determination of the stability of powdered polyvinyl chloride resin.
