《GB/T 15595-1995聚氯乙烯树脂热稳定性试验方法白度法》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC7（全国塑料标准化技术委员会聚氯乙烯树脂产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了粉末状聚氯乙烯树脂在热试验箱中按规定的条件下受热后，热稳定性的测试方法。本标准适用于白色或近白色粉末状聚氯乙烯树脂热稳定性的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method for thermal stability of powdered polyvinyl chloride resin after being heated in a thermal test chamber under specified conditions. This standard applies to the determination of thermal stability of white or near-white powder polyvinyl chloride resin.
