《GB/T 15686-2008高粱 单宁含量的测定》由TC270(全国粮油标准化技术委员会)归口,TC270SC1(全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会)执行,主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准修改采用ISO 9648:1988《高梁 单宁含量的测定》(英文版)
本标准代替GB/T 15686-1995《高梁中单宁含量的测定》。
本标准规定了一种通用的高梁单宁含量测定方法,这种测定方法并不是针对某一种类型的多酚类物质的测定。
本标准与GB/T 15686-1995相比主要变化如下:
――单宁酸标准品采用ISO 9648:1988推荐的默克公司的773单宁酸;
――单宁提取液与试样分离,采用3000g(3000m/s2×9.81m/s2)离心加速度的离心机分离。


Scope

This standard specifies an applicable method for the determination of sorghum tannin content, which is not specific to the determination of a certain type of polyphenols. There is a very good negative correlation between the metabolizable energy of sorghum measured by animal experiments with roosters and the results measured by this method, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
