《GB/T 15720-1995中国盲文》由TC148（全国残疾人康复和专用设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为民政部。
本标准规定了中国盲文的盲符结构与参数、现行盲文方案、汉语双拼盲文方案、分词连写规则及书写格式等。本标准适用于中国视力残疾人使用的触觉凸点文字。

Scope

This standard specifies the structure and parameters of Chinese Braille symbols, the current Braille scheme, the Chinese double-spelling Braille scheme, the word segmentation rules and writing formats, etc. This standard applies to tactile raised text used by the visually impaired in China.
