《GB/T 16451-1996天然脂肪醇》由TC272（全国表面活性剂和洗涤用品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了天然脂肪醇的特性要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存要求。本标准适用于以天然油脂为原料，经甲酯化、氢化、分馏制得的脂肪伯醇系列产品。

Scope

This standard specifies the characteristic requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of natural fatty alcohols. This standard is applicable to a series of fatty primary alcohols obtained from natural oils and fats through methyl esterification, hydrogenation and fractional distillation.
