本标准规定了小学生一日学习时间及有关要求。本标准适用于我国普通教育全日制小学校，其他类型的小学校应参照使用。本标准不适用于伤、并残、康复与发育异常的特殊儿童。

Scope

This standard stipulates the daily study time and related requirements for primary school students. This standard applies to full-time primary schools of general education in my country, and other types of primary schools should be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to special children with injuries, illnesses, disabilities, rehabilitation and developmental abnormalities.
