《GB/T 17495-1998港口门座起重机技术条件》由348（交通运输部）归口，主管部门为交通运输部。
本标准规定了港口门座起重机的技术要求、试验、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于港口件杂货、散粒物料、集装箱、成套设备等装卸作业用的起重机。船厂、电站用的同类起重机亦可参照使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of port portal cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes). This standard is applicable to cranes used for loading and unloading operations such as general cargo, bulk materials, containers, and complete sets of equipment in ports. Similar cranes used in shipyards and power stations can also be used as a reference.
