《GB/T 17689-2008土工合成材料 塑料土工格栅》由TC48（全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准是土工合成材料系列产品标准之一，是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１７６８９―１９９９《土工合成材料　塑料土工格
栅》的修订。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１７６８９―１９９９。 本标准规定了塑料土工格栅的术语和定义、产品分类命名及规格、要求、试验方法、检验规则和产品标志、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）或聚丙烯（PP）为主要原料，经塑化挤出、冲孔、拉伸而成的平面网状结构的塑料土工格栅。本标准不适用于以塑料加筋带焊接和化学纤维或玻璃纤维材料经编而成的土工格栅 。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１７６８９―１９９９的主要变化如下：
―――增加了引言部分；
―――在适用范围中，明确规定了“本标准不适用于以塑料加筋带焊接和化学纤维或玻璃纤维材料经编而成的土工格栅”；
―――取消了“单位面积质量”和“宽度规格”的要求；
―――增加了炭黑含量的要求；
―――增加了蠕变性能的要求；
―――增加了多肋法的试验方法；
―――力学性能试验中增加了预拉力的要求；
―――增加了标称伸长率项目；
―――在试验方法中，对２％、５％伸长时的拉力及标称伸长率和标称强度测试方法作了修改，拉伸速度由５０ｍｍ／ｍｉｎ改为以试样夹具间距离的２０％每分钟作为拉伸速度（ｍｍ／ｍｉｎ）；
―――删除了每延米拉伸屈服力、屈服伸长率的表示方法。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of plastic geogrids, product classification names and specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and product marks, transportation and storage. This standard applies to plastic geogrids with planar network structure, which are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) as the main raw material, plasticized, extruded, punched, and stretched. This standard does not apply to geogrids made of welded plastic reinforcement tapes and warp-knitted chemical fiber or glass fiber materials.
