Analysis of the core changes in the new standard


Compared with the 2000 version of the standard, GB/T18244-2022 has been mainly updated: ozone aging and carbon arc lamp methods have been deleted, the test curing conditions have been optimized to "temperature (23±2)℃, humidity 40-60%", and the test verification method for artificial aging has been added. The thermal aging temperature of polymer materials is uniformly set to 80℃±1℃, and the irradiance measurement unit adopts the international standard of "kW·h/m²·nm".

Innovation of maintenance conditions

Introduction of the "double darkroom control" system: Group 1 initial test/Group 2 continuous aging/Group 3 darkroom verification, the retention rate calculation adopts the "contemporaneous environmental reference method" to compensate for the influence of natural decay of materials.

Accelerated aging time conversion

According to the formula: {"radiation energy" He= Ec×t}: When the anti-dew type coil requires 5000kJ/m²·nm of 340nm cumulative irradiation, 1042 hours of continuous experiment is required under xenon lamp conditions (converted under standard irradiance conditions).


Project Implementation Suggestions

  1. Mineral particle surface coil testing requires a >200mm clear spacing anti-reflection device
  2. Black mark temperature control takes precedence over black board temperature to compensate for the »±5℃ measurement error
  3. The water quality of the water spray system must meet the industrial pure water standard with a conductivity of ≤5μS/cm
