《GB/T 18525.1-2001豆类辐照杀虫工艺》由326（农业农村部）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了豆类辐照杀虫的工艺和要求。本标准适用于包装的豆类产品，如绿豆、红小豆、豌豆、蚕豆、扁豆、菜豆、豇豆、大豆等的辐照杀虫。其他豆类产品也可参照使用。本标准不适用于上述产品的防霉、杀菌及用于生产芽菜的豆类。

Scope

This standard specifies the process and requirements for bean irradiation to kill insects. This standard applies to packaged bean products, such as mung bean, red bean, pea, broad bean, lentil, kidney bean, cowpea, soybean, etc. Other bean products can also be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to the anti-mold and sterilization of the above products and the beans used to produce sprouts.
